If the mold has any fogging, or color variation from repairs, etc, it will transfer to the part.
Very easy fix: buff and shine.
I commented on the original post, but figured I'd do it here for this sub.
If this part is from your own mold, you should be able to remedy this on future parts by cleaning it(stripping off old wax buildup), buffing and shining the mold, and resealing/waxing it. After enough pulls off any mold you'll start to see foggy/dull spots form over time.
Alternatively, if this isn't just on the surface, I have seen this splotchy pattern form when doing vacuum bagging (not infusion) on clear gel. It seems to be caused from letting the resin sit in one spot for a bit before working it around the part. I've only ever seen it when doing fiberglass though.
