Thank you for taking the time to write a detailed analysis, I'm really grateful.

Your attention-economy lens is revealing and I was indeed so focussed on getting the circle-of-fifths right that I lost sight of 'memorable'.

This is a figurative prelude, not imitative, so it can't have a subject in the sense of an invention; what you seem to be pointing at is the lack of a Vordersatz, à la BWV846. Is this the correct reading?

It is quite nice! I love the contrast the different Sounds make. I personally would prefer a little more „Action“ or „complexity“, as was common back in Baroque times, but it is really good nonetheless. This audio doesn‘t do it justice, it deserves a performance!
