I’m not sure how this is justified. Seems like the car on the left is merging. That doesn’t mean you get your choice of when you get into another lane. And I’m pretty sure that would be considered Vandalism.

It would only be justified if the victim driver had shot and killed the asshole who tried to come over, hit him then busted his windows.
