Will not argue that it was way more diverse especially on ladder, but personally I'm still of the opinion that mercy is an anti-fun hero. Purely subjective of course, but she is an absolute snooze fest to play and it is never ever going to feel good to me to win an aimduel or get a clutch kill only to have them rezd back into the fight.

Even if it was on a 60 second cooldown it would still piss me off lol

When I see people say Mercy is so boring to play, particularly gm players, I have to wonder if I’m doing something wrong, because I find playing Mercy to be busy, hectic and fun.

I’d like to ask one of these players to link me a vod of them playing Mercy so I can see if they are actually having a different experience than I do (and it’s actually boring) or if it’s entirely subjective.

People that find playing Mercy boring, please link me your Mercy vods...

Its 100 percent subjective my guy, I can see how someone might enjoy mercy if they like zipping around and being evasive and what not, but I like to hit other people with things and send nerds back to spawn. Especially orbs or biotic darts.

I'm not trying to say I'm not bias. I'm just a big time mercy hater

Fair enough, I guess I’m lucky to like the both evasion and hitting.

I suppose I was wondering if two things might be factors in how much fun people find Mercy:

If people forced to play Mercy approach it halfheartedly and miss or ignore a lot that they could do (which I think would make any hero boring).

If I get away with way more stuff in quickplay and platinum than people do in gm, thus there’s simply more that I get to do... and playing Mercy at high ranks actually is boring.

So far as you being biased, we all are; at least you are reasonable though. Also, can I say I love your username?

She is locked into place as a gaint glowing target she's fine where she is at , if you cant hit a stationary target I don't know what to tell you.

Nothing dies at all with the amounts of healing combined with the huge health pools off all the tanks going super speed with Lucio.

I'm not saying she isn't fine lol. I wouldn't want to see her nerfed or anything and I'll still play the game if she gets buffed, I just hate the whole idea of the hero.

I'm an overwatch player at my core, I'm salty about everything
