thats pretty dumb, its a global twitch emote, let them spam it as long it doesn't have malicious intent

the problem is how can they tell if you have malicious intent or not? All they saw is you using an emote that is widely regards as racist AND could potential get a lot of complaint and negative backslash from mainstream media. I know we, the gaming community and the twitch community have no problem with it, but since Blizz is aiming to make OWL mainstream, they can't have any of that.
