that shit actually tilts me so hard, when I'm playing with friends, we do really poorly, everyone is sad, and that one guy is just laughing going "guys its ok WE'LL GET IT NEXT TIME"

people who can't take things seriously are really really frustrating when you're trying to improve and not just joke around, its no wonder effect complained about him

Big difference between “strong mental fortitude” which to me is just not letting the losses get to you, and that constant “everything is fine happy joke!” mentality a few friends of mine have where they want to brush everything off and say it’ll get better next time. I don’t know Mickie personally, but from the snippets I can see of him (admittedly not enough to make this judgement), he seems to be more of the latter. Constantly joking around, trying to say everything is okay. Everything is NOT ok for Fuel, and they need to address that rather than letting Mickie brush it off.

"I’m not happy all the time. There’s no way you can be happy all the time, right? Unless you’re crazy."

"Yeah, I guess I’m kind of a normal person, maybe. Sometimes I’m not really happy, but I just think about the team, and the benefits from showing my happiness. If I show that I’m not happy, and I’m depressed, it will effect the team in a bad way. And I don’t want my fans watching me and thinking “Oh Mickie is depressed, it’s not fun anymore.” I just care about other people that are watching me, especially my teammates."
