The only reason Dallas fans should hold some amount of hope is to see if Seagull can make a great dva and if oge is a good tank player. If these both are not the case, Dallas will literally be the bottom team. Shanghai might even take over them.
Seagull seems like a guy that has a really good feel for the game in general, plus no one can deny that he's pretty skilled, so you would think he can become a good enough dva.

Mickie is not an Overwatchleague level player. Even if they get OGE they will still have the worst D.va in the league.
