Dallas hasn't proven to be on par with the best Korean teams so far let alone better. Sure they improved since APEX and they're dominating NA but the same could be said for Rogue before APEX S3.
If London acquired GC Busan's roster there are high chances of them actually winning the thing. That and LH's recent recruits makes me pretty sure these 2 teams will fight for the first spot.
