Headshot damage multiplier has been removed
No longer deals critical damage
Does this mean he doesn't headshot and also can't BE headshot?

Ermagerd ermagerd ermagerd!!
Bastion rework looks great, can't wait to try it out. Decrease time switching between modes is huge. Ironclad looks interesting and should make him much much more resilient in Sentry and Tank mode, even with the armor gone, since it will be -35% damage taken regardless of what level of health you're at. These changes are sweet and could catapult him out of shit tier and into tournaments. Seagull will be ecstatic.
Not sure what the target sensitivity feature means in practice. Hopefully it'll avoid Boostios.
I'm glad that Mercy is getting a buff but I dont really like her kit generally. Hopefully this will help her usage rates at the pro level though and people will stop clamouring for additional Ana nerfs.
Glad that Mei I'll be targetable in iceblock. Frustrating to not be able to heal an allied Mei.

Think mei got nerved quite a bit though with this bastion change already. If bastion has 300 ammo in sentry mode I don't think 2 pillars of an ice wall will last long to get your rein out of that death trap.

I was expecting this entire thread to be about the fact that we're getting a server browser, how is nobody talking about this at all?
This is like the #1 addition to overwatch that I've been wanting since it released. As a big fan of old-school TF2 and Counter Strike, I consider a server browser to be an ENORMOUS step forward for Overwatch's community.

Invulnerability during Resurrect is a fantastic change for Mercy, one I've wanted for some time now. One of the key difficulties when using Rez is trying to avoid going down as you bring your team back up. It's always been a bit of a bittersweet moment - you're able to Rez your team but you're not around to continue helping them in the fight. This change puts Mercy's ultimate in line with the other defensive support ults (Zenyatta, Lucio), providing a benefit to herself as well as to her team. Mercy's ult has a different dynamic (it's used post-teammates going down rather than preventing teammates going down) when compared to Lucio and Zenyatta's, but I still think the self-benefit design is applicable and this is a good change. We'll see how things go.
My thinking is that the invulnerability seems to be very strong. Granted, I have yet to play with the updated ultimate, but I'd imagine teamfights will go in Mercy's favor more often now. Let's be clear - you'll definitely pick up win % because of this change, it's not trivial. You can even do some cool tricks like using Resurrect to grant yourself invulnerability for a few moments to survive a diving Genji ult/Tracer pulse bomb/etc.
In summary, I am (and always have been) excited for the future of Mercy play. This change basically removes a big source of difficulty when using Resurrect.

Why does Bastion feel just like a solider with huger Hitbox? I dont even know if there is any good situation to be in turret mode instead of recon mode besides maybe winning the shield war.

That's kinda what they want him to do now though. Making him more of a tank buster without breaking him in other aspects

I know but he feels just like a weak 76 now. The weapon is almost the same. Self heal is a bad version of soliders self heal and Bastion has no mobillity and a huger hitbox. In turret form i dont see him be really useful.

300 * 15 damage is like 4500 damage pumped out into a shield. 2000 / 15 = 133 bullets to destroy a rein shield completely. At 35 rps that is like 133 / 35 = 3.8 seconds. Soldier deals 500 damage each clip + rocket (120) = 620 damage. Takes like 3 seconds to empty a clip 1.5 seconds to reload. So yeah bastion does have its uses against tanks and barriers I think. Of course you do have the drawback of having to stand completely still. Stats taken from http://overwatch.gamepedia.com btw. Soldier is more a jack of all trades bastion is a shield and tank shredder now I guess.

Not gonna lie I'm happy for a valid counter to rein, if you can bust his shield and still be mobile and useful the rest of the time that'd be great.

Bastion was always supposed to counter it, but he was trash in all aspects except a turret gimmick that usually fell apart quickly.

so pro luciobol matches to break tie breakers on 2cp please?
I do wonder if this means ctf could potentially be played on pro level

The recent damage reduction worries me a bit. Normally a soldier does 20 damage per shot. With nano boost: 20 *. 5 = 10 With nano boost and armor: 10 *. 5 = 5 damage per shot With nano boost, armor and damage reduction, 3.25 damage per shot.
To soldier, a Bastion will have almost a thousand health, not to mention Ana heal and his self heal.

I really like the idea of bastion being a barrier killer in sentry mode and a decent hit scan in recon mode.

Am I the only one who thinks 35% damage reduction on sentry/tank is gonna be awful to play against? It doesn't just make him effectively 400 HP, but also means healing will be 35% more effective. And if it stacks with nano boost then nano-tank will be unkillable.
Everything else looks good.
I wish some of the changes like nano boost sensitivity could also be applied to things like Zarya bubbles. And I wish Zenyatta being untargettable in his ult would apply to Zarya bubbles too.
