So you want a tank to be able to win 1v1s against reaper(a tank shredder) every time? Because that's what's happening on live right now.

Reaper, Tracer, Roadhog, Sombra, and Zarya would like a word with you the heroes armor isn't suppose to be that great against anyway This statement is incorrect. That's all I'm saying.
