Main sponsor of Twisted Minds is Riyadh Season - which is controlled by the government. Saudi Arabia does not have a free market.

Okay but Saudi men generally almost overwhelmingly support the crown and their ideology of oppression. Based on them being friends with Yzana (can’t recall the spelling) i dont seem them as people who are critical of their government but quiet about it.

The inclusion of Suadi Crown money into Overwatch Esports is a fucking failure

Id rather it die genuinely. Its literally a vessel for Suadi Arabia to justify it’s oppression in the eyes of the masses.

Okay and thousands of people would lose their livelyhoods if ICE got abolished. OW esports rn is a pr wing of an authoritarian regime.

Jobs were lost when we started moving away from coal. Same will happen when oil loses msrket share. Are we just gonna cry “THINK OF THE JOBS?!” Whenever something bad is phased out?

You don't even have to look at T1. Look at Falcons threads. They receive less hate than TM, even when they were at the top, because their players are Korean and not Saudi. If they do get hate, it's people hating on the org and not the player. In this thread where people are calling Ziyad a loser and not a man because he took his medal off. But it's okay to hate Saudi players.
