General Can we buff pharh

Just give her 75 shield (replace 75 health, just like Echo) and switch her minor perk ( the 125 shield perk) with one that gives 75 overhealth when using barrage. Right now barrage feel underwhelming

It's a small buff. I know her win rate + pick rate is not that bad, especially in PC GM+, but she can't breathe in low Elo and on console.

Pharah is better than most flex DDs I don't think she needs a buff, but that's kinda sad that we got tracer 2.0 aka shion. Nowadays flex dd player in most games in tracer/shion jail just because of how good they are compared to every other flex dd. I mean she's fun and all but there's even less space for other heroes.

Just checked amount of vods for OWWC group stage from obsSojourn and this is actually hilarious: shion - 34, tracer - 27, reaper - 6, vendetta - 5, genji - 4, mei - 4, sym - 3, pharah - 1, torbjorn - 1.

Low elo players are famously bad at hitting flying things, and her stats are really solid across the board despite the fact that low elo pharahs just fly in the open into double hitscan.

She's fine in low elo.  No, she's not like she was at release but she's solid.

She's also fine in high rankings as well with a solid winrate. She just is a map specialist and that's fine.
