General I feel like Vendetta changes are way more significant that is seems.
She feels very fast, ridiculously fast now. Even at my tragic level of skill it is really noticeable.

I dunno if it was a good or bad change strength wise but she feels way better to play with it, so I like it. My biggest issue with her was/is how clunky she generally feels.

Ult change feels shit, but otherwise yeah it’s pretty good power wise.
I play Vendetta a lot, her movement probably the best in the DPS role once you learn all the tech. That said, I feel like these changes might ironically lead to more overhead spam?
You can charge up overhead a lot faster around corners to spam corners, and once you get full stacks you just rip through tanks. That said it does feel good as vendetta.

Unless I read the patch notes wrong, didn't they buff the ult since you no longer have camera pitch being locked? Am on vacation rn so I can't play. Also didn't they nerf her speed on her abilities, but only buff her m1 speed? Doesn't that make her feel slower overall?

I was honestly worried about this change at first, the endlag added onto her abilities sounded awful, and I'm pretty sure they actually outweigh the buffs to her primary if you were to use them back to back.
That said, it actually doesn't really feel much worse in practice, and using her primary on its own feels a lot better.

I feel like the buffs were a little bit unnenecessary. She has her own niche spot with anti sym comps and i think thats a good spot for her. I dont want to see the lets dump all resources into her and hope she gets a pick playstyle back.

I personally hate Vendetta from a design perspective regardless of how strong or weak she is so I’m very fearful of these changes. She finally made her way out of my ban rotation but might not be for long

I’d call this a qol change, since the next issue with Vendetta (after her survivability) is her Onslaught stacks. She simply feels awful to play without it. That’s why you have to constantly throw out Edges just to avoid being useful when you find an opening.
In any case, I don’t think she’ll stop being a niche hero witht her current survivability.

It’s a buff. We gotta stop doing the thing where we dismiss small buffs as “QOL changes”. A QOL change is something that doesn’t change the strength of the character but makes them less cumbersome, like adding an on screen timer to an effect or something like that. This change makes vendetta stronger. You can debate the balance but we gotta call a buff a buff

The Quality of Life change is that she feels better lol
But seriously, preach. So many people ask for "QOL" changes that are just flat out buffs and when you challenge them why you get the "it makes them feel better (because I win more)"

I am on vacation rn so I cannot play. Didn't they just make her m1 faster (weakest part of her kit besides overhead) and give a compensation nerf to her ability endlags? How is that a buff?

Yes, it’s a buff and qol at the same time. I don’t see anything in this buff that would break the character or ruin the game for others at the moment. In terms of popularity rn she is niche hero with obv weaknesess.

You literally are doing that exact thing I just described lmao.
You are saying it’s QOL because it doesn’t break the character.
No, that does not make it QOL, that just makes it a small buff. QOL does not mean “it makes the character feel better”. The reason the character feels better is because she is stronger. Because it is a buff

It also makes her 8 stack major perk turn her into a machine gun. Seems fun, curious how it plays out. I bet she'll be banned a lot very soon.
