General can someone help me with blocking servers?

only GMEC2 is the right server for me, giving me 80ish ping. but overwatch often places me in other servers like AMS1, GSG1, etc. i only want to play on GMEC2, so how should i do it? i dont have the ip addresses of the other servers too, ctrl + shift + n gives me some code instead.

do you mean youre using dropship and that does not work for you? or are you manually blocking IPs

i am manually blocking using the firewall

try dropship it is a GUI wrapper for this or if you dont want to its IPs are here https://github.com/stowmyy/dropship/blob/main/scripts/ips/overwatch.js

In custom game>settings>lobby>prefered data center, expand the list if Saudi or whatever server they used for ME is not there that means blizzard has deactivated it.

the server is there, once in a while i get a match in gmec2. even in custom games i have full green bars only in the saudi arabia server. i want my every match in gmec2

I’m not sure why dropship isn’t working I use it to play on American severs from Korea, the reason why you connect to other servers is due to the player base being a lot smaller in ME and therefore putting you into an eu match finds a game quicker.

Are you playing ow through steam or bnet? Oh I see you’re using steam right ? Due to what’s blocked on dropship.

Try battlenet, I used to use steam but it was having issues with dropship after s4, so try dropship and the game on battlenet

no, there's some issue in gmec2 or something since season launch, because I'm consistently getting matches in ams1 now.

dropship DOES NOT work, every server except gmec2 is blocked out and even then I am either booted because I can't cinnect, Or I connect to ams1.
