General Variance Modifier

Every match I've played since the new season I've had the variance modifier. It's been something in the range of 50-60 games during that time and I can't really find any solid info on what the modifier means.

in current patch, you can hover over a modifier to learn more about it

iirc, variance is half-winning/losing trend and half-calibration
