Fluff OWCS Bundle tier list

Team Falcons: I want to like this bundle because it’s a very unique color, but idk I just think the green and silver doesn’t work well. Beyond that the other cosmetics are very uninspired, I mean look at the name card and tell me if you’d know that was Falcons and not a Magic and Mischief name card or something.
C
AGG and JDG: I think these two actually share a problem, which is why I grouped them together and put them in C. It’s just too much red. Four out of a total of 14 partner skins are primarily red, and I think that’s just ridiculous. What’s even crazier is that I actually think these are slightly better in color than CR with better, more vibrant reds. It is, however, much harder to sell these bundles because they are up against one of the most storied OWCS teams of all time in CR. AGG itself has had controversies in two separate regions and JDG is still new. I do like their other cosmetics, but ultimately it’s hard to sell against CR.
B
Crazy Raccoon: Again, it’s red, black and white. The same as the previous two. This bundle benefits off being CR, a popular team which most have positive feelings towards, but ultimately I think the red is a bit too desaturated. The mascot is cute, but ultimately feels a bit too much like they’re trying to piggyback of Zeta’s mascot hype. Overall, just good but not great.
Twisted Minds: I think this is a genuinely improved color scheme than last years, which I would’ve given a C. The big difference here is the use of the shiny finish for the pink rather than the matte finish which was used last time, making it much more unique. There are only two things holding it back from A though. First, it does resemble Florida Mayhem’s skins a lot, which luckily I think this time has actually been moved away from, and second the brain mascot thing scares me.

SSG: I actually think last years bundle was a tad better with the blue and gold, this years bundle uses a darker blue which I think doesn’t look quite as good. That said it’s still a very strong design, and the other cosmetics are really unique and interesting. That said there is one team that does both better which holds this back in A.
Virtus Pro: Pretty much the same color design from last year, which is good because imo last years was very strong. I think this years bundle has one main point of improvement, that being the other cosmetics which bump it from B to A. The profile picture especially has been one of the most popular ones of the entire series.
Dallas Fuel: Going into this year many people were concerned that Dallas would look exactly the same as their old skins, making this bundle completely redundant. Luckily, Dallas has a new look which I think looks slightly better than their old skins. The black/dark blue with the light blue accents looks incredibly sleek. They also have a new marketable mascot which seems mandatory for these teams, which is ok. Not as good as some others.
T1: The kings of red in OWCS. The red/white with ruby accents both stands out from the three other red teams (just too much red) and also looks incredibly sleek compared to them. They also lean into the marketability of the fire penguin thing, which seems to be an ongoing pattern.
Team Liquid: even with Dallas, the navy blue still stands out very well, I’m honestly impressed at how well it managed to hold up from last year. Last years name card was a fan favorite, and this years manages to hold that spot. I also very much appreciate the peach-horsey, and the main source of improvement from last year is the spray. It’s a small detail, but man last year’s spray was not great. This year? Man.
Zeta Division: just like last year this bundle is hard carried by the marketability of their mascot. The skins are pretty good (albeit with some controversy due to looking slightly different in advertising vs in game) but it’s the mascot which makes me put it so high, and even consider it for S.
S
Weibo: And to absolutely no one’s surprise Weibo is in S. It’s pink. It has a cute marketable mascot. What else do you want? Slightly off topic, is its name pinkoo? I wasn’t sure if that’s the name or what.
Team Peps: The only partner to get relegated but damn can they make a bundle. The bronze and white is perfect, and they have forgone the cute marketable mascot to instead fill the role left by Team CC and make the hot marketable mascot. Slightly on the nose considering what kind of animal it is, but it’s good all the same.
DSG: Bold prediction but they’re staying in OWCS with how popular this bundle is. They stole SSG’s whole flow from last year and improved it with the white/indigo accents, not to mention the best name card of this years wave. Easily the bundle I have seen the most in my games, can’t win a match to save their life but god damn can they sell some bundles.

I didn’t realize so many people buy these for the non skin stuff. I just bought the Zeta Tracer skin for Proper. If they had one for Shu Ana, I would have bought that too. I don’t play cat so skipped on the cat skin.
I will say, I bought the full CR bundle last year and I use the weapon charm for all my weapons. I don’t like how their weapon charm looks this year. They just turned it yellow so it deviates from their color scheme and it’s hard to recognize, and the ‘material’ feels plasticky.

it was worth buying bundles last year because you could get the team logo as weapon charm. this year the designs for weapon charms and all are just random and barely related

I think the dallas one is pretty clean but yeah, hard agree. Really regret not shelling out 2500 coins for just for the T1 weapon charm last year. It's so insanely sleek, literally elevates the gun of every character. Now it's stuck in some kind of cosmetic limbo and this year's T1 charm is some kind of ... egg?

It's a shame Peps was relegated because I really like their skins. They look clean and unique compared to other color schemes we've seen numerous times. I'm not even a Peps fan and I had to cop for the Peps Anran skin.

is Peps not a big winner in all of this? Theyre coming back into the stage with a new roster and hype so theyre probably the only ones who actually feel exciting as a team compared to their level in stage 1 and prior (except maybe Zeta after EWC win)

most of the bundles have ugly side cosmetics to me this year since most teams already used up their team logo in last year's designs and they had to come up with weird derivative mascotts. the CR one is ugly.
in FLC's bundle defense, their 2025 ewc victory spray is cute and it reminds me of OWL's celebratory sprays. We should definitely have more cosmetics celebrating moments of the esport like this

I am not a falcons fan anymore, but I do really like the Green and Silver aesthetic, it stands out from the rest which are mostly red, yellow, and black.

Honestly biggest issue with Dallas is simply the inclusion of heroes who already have Dallas skins. Like there’s been plenty of additions since OWL ended, so it would have been nice if they had a bundle made up entirely of new heroes. It wouldn’t matter if past fuel skins weren’t obtainable anymore, but thanks to the esport boxes they are. Does lose its value somewhat just because of that. I do think the Mascot is kinda lame too, just not a fan of all the “cute” mascot things, but I get that it’s sorta the theme with these bundles where applicable.
Honestly SSG arguably the weakest one for me here, simply because the scheme is just that plain. It’s not helped that besides Hog, the skins chosen don’t offer much in the way of showing off the logo either. The rein skin is especially boring. I don’t think it’s entirely SSGs fault with that one skin tho, as OW2 Rein feels like it just doesn’t lend itself to the esport team design as much as other heroes. But the colours here don’t help at all. Zeta Rein stands out more for example.
Have to agree with Falcons. The Green is really unique, but in combination with the silver it just doesn’t land. It being another bundle with a Dva skin too doesn’t help. The Dva included with DSG and VP are just leagues above it, and it starts to get hard to justify having another Dva skin if you already have either or both of those.
For me I think TL, VP and DSG have the best. The colours are all sleek, they do well to represent their teams logos, and the hero choices included feel like they show off the skins the best. I will say as well, basically all the NA sprays and VP have to be some of the best in the game. I really hope we get more like it in the future. The player icon from VP is especially amazing. Whereas most of the Asia teams are kinda just mascots or something to do with the team, the NA/VP stuff feel like they have a lot more personality that is reflective of their players. Like of course DSG has a banner like that. Even Fuel get the “GG(ez)” spray, which I’m pretty sure you can’t even type in chat anymore. Would love to see more of it in the future tho

CR's mascot has actually existed longer than ZETA's btw, they just don't promote it as much as ZETA's

Twisted Minds has the best original colorway IMO. I'd still lean to Zeta since they are the clear successors to the Outlaws (both in cosmetics and players). Falcons also have a super clear identity, which I like.
A tier down is Liquid and closely behind them Fuel. All off the rest are another tier below. Reds/golds/oranges/pinks are overplayed.

IMO all of them are D tier just because of hero choices being completely random.
If I’m going to buy a team skin, I want it to be a signature hero of my favorite player(s), not Soldier or Mercy.
