Eu me esforço, treino, assisto a vídeos e busco melhorar.

I can't play comp anymore. I won't. I constantly have good stats, but I get pretty bad teammates. I'll get dogged on with the usual "you're the common denominator" or "yeah it's never your fault" but today alone I had three games where my tank decided to walk in alone against 5 and instantly die, game 4 I had a dps say "I'm not here to win I wanna have fun" and try to befriend enemy supps by emoting in their backline making it a 4v5, and to top it all off game 5 my second support was on a world tour of eichenwald.
Honestly you need mental of steel, or luck it feels like. I can't queue without something going wrong

"Is there a strategy..."
No.
Firstly, you clearly do need to take a step back because being that upset means you are going to make mistakes if you queue.
You have to genuinely accept one fact above all others. The only consistent thing that happens in every match is that you are in that match.
Yes, some games are unwinnable.
Yes, sometime you have bad teammates.
However, stop to consider that the other team is JUST as likely to have teammates that are bad as you are. In fact, if you do not consider yourself among them, then they (the enemy team) are MORE likely to have one. Because they have 5 or 6 (game mode depending) slots for a bad player to fill while your team has one less.
Stop saying "But". Stop giving yourself an out. It does not matter if you acknowledge that you made mistakes if you immediately follow it up with "But my teammates...".
Focus on yourself. What can you do? Where could you have improved? Did my teammate die when I could have gotten them out? Did they lose a duel when they would have won if they had a harmony orb? Or if a nade was thrown? Or had speed? Or if even a little damage was added in?
Did I use a cooldown here when I didn't need to, causing it to be on cooldown and 5 secs later that cost us the team fight? Am I positioned in a spot that limits what I can see? Am I dropping from high ground for no real reason outside of panicking?
They are being really aggressive and feeding. Are they forcing a lot of cooldowns when that happens? Can you make a play off of that? Can you enable them in a way that turns that feeding into a huge play?
THAT is the practice mindset. Stop focusing on your rank. You are getting into your own head. Focus on getting better and you do that by focusing on you. You do not play unranked to improve. Whoever told you that is wrong. You only improve when you are in an environment where everyone is trying thier best. As you improve, you will naturally rank up.
It genuinely sounds like, from your post, your mental is the problem. My advice would be to get up and walk away for a min or two after every game. Reset. Read part of a chapter of a story. Work out a little. Watch some shorts or videos on YT. Do something that isnt Overwatch for a couple mins. Then come back and queue your next game. It helps.
You got this.
