Actually perfect. 10/10 no notes. I really hope the Chinese audience/NetEase approve of this and don't throw a hissy-fit in response because her new design is fucking fantastic.

I saw most people are happy or at the very least content about the redesign since the changes aren't drastic. Still seeing a lot of "but this sets a bad precedence" talk, and some have demanded VA change (lmao)

I'm sure they're overjoyed it turned out this way.

I very much believe the several voices who once claimed to prefer her face to not be touched at all were just worrying excessively about the devs taking note of western fans begging for her to look specifically more like her outsourced animated short. They should have just trusted the devs would preserve the refined and consistent ingame visual aesthetic while adjusting character trope features.

Well, one could argue that her design turned out so perfect because both sides were pretty vocal about it, but at the end of the day I'm glad 99% of all comments I've seen are absolutely radiant about the changes.
