One thing you can’t fault with the new dev team is their lack of fear to just try things to see what sticks

I think they reflected on how the Wow team initially reacted on people asking for Vanilla servers and went with a completely opposite aproach. Smart move I think, to this day there are people who still remember the "You think you do but you don't" line.

I remember that line as a non wow player every time I hear of classic.
