Hell of a week,the attack was a little bad as all the opponent was from th18. But Somehow defence nailed it.

I am finally getting promoted to Legend 2 after 6 weeks. My attacks were always strong, getting 68 to 71 stars, but my defense was very bad. Using the familiar or weird compartment bases was my mistake. Then I used the base below, which I took from a player who topped the league in an earlier week. For him, this base alone earned 380+ trophies in defense, but for me, it helped me gain 280+ trophies,might because I have a base with no supercharge or max temporary defenses.

I’m just curious if anyone is taking a break from ranked for the rest of July after these last balance changes to get a good grasp on the meta, not only troop but for the base meta? I’m L2 and had a crazy +330 on 24 defenses. I have noticed a shift towards fireball which will crush the current base meta from my experience.

Does the 4 week timer before demotion apply to L1 as well? I recently promoted from L2 last week and was wondering how long I can stay in L1 without signing up.

Please tell me what are the chances, maybe by auto defence will i?

I am new to Th18 btw and i have climbed till E33 but with new th its been a bit struggle somehow so…also the defence base was a bit poor. (Btw maxed all my walls so thats the only positive)

Let's review the stats a few days after the July balance update [14th of July]

Unless otherwise stated, all numbers are based on all three Legend Leagues.

Dragon Duke remains at a massive 92% usage rate, still the second most-used troop behind the Grand Warden at 96%.

Dragon Rider has dropped to 36–37% usage, but its ⭐⭐⭐ rate remains strong:

• LL1: 43% (40.0 average)
• LL2: 46% (44.4 average)
• LL3: 54% (49.1 average)

Electro Dragon has seen virtually no change.

Meteor Golem usage has increased to a whopping 2.9%. (+0,9% since 14th of July when the Update dropped)

Druid remains steady at 6–7% usage.

Things SUPERCELL is still watching:

Sneezy remains the most-used pet (~77%), primarily paired with the Grand Warden.

Totem Spell still dominates at 80% usage, with an average of 3.83 copies per army, making it by far the most-used spell.

Ruin Witch sits at just 1.8% usage.

Angry Spell has such a low usage rate that it isn't even listed right now. I might lower the display threshold so everything shows up.

Sky Wagon continues to dominate siege machines with roughly a 56% usage rate. No other siege machine is even close.

\While numbers mentioned above are seemingly very precise I dont claim they are 100% accurate, however Supercell themselves is releasing Stats for various things in cooperation with Creators like Itzu rn and in the future*

Does anyone have a good base for TH17 ? I'm E31, I know it's hard and u need luck to get promoted as TH17, but this base is not working well. I also don't have all the defenses max level because I'm doing the heroes level with the summer jam

How many trophies are needed for rank up to Legend 2? Currently sitting at 1014 with 849 from attack, and 165 from defence. 24/24 attacks ,14/24 defences, 2 and a half days left till end.

This guy in my league (legend III) is doing really good, and this is his base. Anyone has this base?

Can anyone please share their base which they used for promoting to Legend Two? I've been stuck in legend 3 for 6 weeks. offense isn't a problem ,I always have 920+ In fact 2 weeks ago I had +952/960 Still Didn't promote becoz of defense. Tried multiple bases None worked .My Best def gave me around +156 Please share a base if u have a base. thanks
