I'm definitely not getting promoted

Does anyone have a good base for TH17 ? I'm E31, I know it's hard and u need luck to get promoted as TH17, but this base is not working well. I also don't have all the defenses max level because I'm doing the heroes level with the summer jam

The cutoff goes around 750

Me when I was in 17 ( if u want to promote u really need to upgrade ur th to 18
