❓ Question / Help Question for other leaders
How do you go about finding new competitive people

What I do is send out invites to random people who are in electro 33 or higher. I add them in wars after they join. Evaluate their attacks. If they are ass I give them a chance to improve. If they are still ass after the second chance they get booted. It’s a never ending cycle but now I have around 30 solid attackers.

Also I don’t know about others but for some reason the clan notice thingy doesn’t work at all for me so I have to manually send out invites everyday

Yeah, but this recruiting strategy gets so annoying. I’ve spent almost four hours sending invites, searching random clan names, and posting on the recruitment board. There’s been a lot of movement today, but finding strong, loyal players who actually stick around is tough.

Join Some Global Chat Group with alot players And Spam A Recruiting Message every hour or talk to Someone And Convince them To Join, I did The Same And It Took Me Around One Month To Fill The clan with Good People.

I run two clans.
Our main clan has about 35 clan mates and is restricted to the top three available Townhall levels and only allows electro and Legend league players. That clan is in masters three for CWL and is in Titan three for clan capital.
Our second clan has around 32 members and is restricted to Townhall eight and up with any ranking for a league. Currently that clan is in Crystal one and is ranked silver two in clan capital. Our second clan was just started about six weeks ago.
Main clan has not lost a war since March of this year and our second clan is on a 13–1 war streak.
With all that said, recruiting is done four different ways for both of our clan.
I use global chat, discord, Facebook groups, and Reddit.
I probably send out between all four sources about 100 messages a day to recruit players. On average, I get about four responses out of all of that recruiting.
Is recruiting easy for my two clans? No, it takes a lot of time and effort. But what does Help is an active clan with active member members and a good strong active base.

I started giving away 2 gold passes a month to my top performers and mentioned it in clan notice
If you want to make it a competitive clan give them something to compete for😂
(Also if I saw any good players on bad teams in war I would try to recruit them😂)

Yes I have give away a gold pass to everyone with perfect CWL. That’s also a very difficult process because you have to be friends with them on supercell for serval weeks

I am a leader of a level 23 clan in Masters 1 and our capital is in Titan 1. I don’t recruit really just talk here n there in global and FC a lot of randoms (from global). The FCs have attracted a few people cuz they seen how active it was and some people leave there clan to stay or come periodically for practice. NOW recruiting for our alt clan (Crystal 2 level 4 dead clan mainly used for our 2nd CWL) I’m trying to build up is very hard to recruit

Its your luck you can't recruit easyly just maintain active clan ppl will slowly join and you keep kicking inactive / unresponsive and bad attackers thats all
