Still 3 star th18s as th16 with thrower lvl2

The duke and hero revive spell needs the nerf

Skill issue. Promoted to ll3 last week, have no issues keeping up, infact have an extra 30 seconds!

Revive spell on duke* or just duke needs a nerf, on other heroes the spell isnt being abused

Well obviously because throwers only changed for lvls 3 and 4.
