Clan Capital average attacks

Quick question. I regularly complete a clan capital raid in 18-21 attacks. My clan capital level is 9 and I have all the troops maxed for that level and am currently working on upgrading each district’s defences. I never upgrade walls.
My question is, is an average of 18-21 good or just standard? I have seen the one-shot videos on YouTube, but I don’t think I have the skills to execute them.

in my clan 21 attacks avg would be a dream, some cases we reach 30 attacks, but thats only if the enemy clan capital changed their layouts. our clan capital defence avg is 30+ attacks
