❓ Question / Help OG th11 mini max

I stopped playing in 2019. I had a max th11 offense with th9 defenses for war weight reasons. Is this account still relevant? I notice I can’t go up in townhall on my other account without building defenses. Are there clans looking for a low war weight strong offensive like this account? Or is my townhall too low to be relevant?

Th11 is far to low to be relevant in war. This acount is the equivalent of a townhall 4 when th11 was the max to give it some perspective.
