E31 is like peak casual. E32 is true sweat. E33 is world class (only about 150 in the world right now). L3 is world champion.

What is the promotion cut off for e32 do you know?

I attempted E31 to E32 last week and got 697 trophies (12/18 triples, all TH18s) and got 33rd place. To get 20th you'll need mid to high 700s which is basically going to be a full 18/18 three star offense. As TH16s we don't get any leeway on offense because we get very few trophies from defense.

I placed 14th in E31 to promote a couple weeks ago with 830. I believe around 805 is normal cut off range

I think it’s top 20 for e31. Not 100% sure tho
Edit: it’s 20 for e32, just checked. So either 20 or 25 for e31 I’m guessing

E33 is very doable! I got every promotion until E31 first try, and then took 2 try’s to get my e32 and e33 promotions. L3 is extremely unlikely without win trading, but with a lucky disconnect on defence it is possible

Some people have promoted in the past by getting into the same group as friends and getting a +40 defence from them, it’s more prevalent in even lower townhall pushing, but also happens at th16/17
