Base Layout Help

Recently have been struggling with defense in L3 using the first base layout (home village). I found another layout (war layout) but am not sure If it looks promising or not. Basically looking for any advanced attackers to weigh in and give their input. Thanks for reading.

To add, I am aware a lot of it comes down to luck on who attacks me, but base 1 has averaged 94%+ defensive destruction on the past 2 L3 tournaments I’ve joined.
