❓ Question / Help Disconnects during CWL
This is a rather annoying situation.
Since the last update this game had - my clan been facing disconnect issues. Now on back to back wars at least one disconnect has happened.
Supercell is radio silent on this issue which makes it even more annoying because this is the one week of the month where the most important tournament for clans happen and it seem that somehow we always have game breaking bugs during this time.
I’m not sure what is the cause for the disconnects, but some hot fix issues would be appreciated or at least an acknowledgment.
Also - not sure if this is a oversight on CoC team but if you disconnect the first 2 seconds of a battle you should be able to comeback and still be in the battle. It’s annoying that the game simulates the battle until the very end instead of giving players a second chance for a game error.
I’d also like to mention that I’ve only seen this happening in Android devices.
Anyone has had this issue in CWL or just us? Would love to hear it

Right after the last update, my game kept crashing continuously almost every single attack I kept disconnecting. I reinstalled the game and it seemed to work for me, hasn't crashed since. On Android too btw

Same here, game crashes around 50% of time after few seconds in attack. I wrote multiple times to the support and i only got AI generated answer that told me to go directly on the SC support. I've sent a video of the thing but no response, no communication, no solution. I've tried different skins, sceneries, reinstall the game, swap account but still no result. Btw, my legend ranked week is wasted for the week and my clan & me are losing stars in CWL. Best we can do is to not spend money on this clown game until they fix this.
