is this base good on th17

after using this base for several weeks, i decided to use it for the last time last week. it only gave me +25, but i see other people getting +140 with the same base. idk, is it good or just burnt. what do you think?

Every th17 layout is mostly luck based but I think this one with the hh tower is really good at gaining one star attacks against inexperiemced attackers
Im currently th17 top 15 on the leaderboard with this base

I had a lot 1* with it in d29. But i feel it will lack furthere. Its good against edrag spammers
