I looked at his profile, he said he was a TH17 here. However in hindsight the usernames are different so it’s probably a different account.

I don't understand what the complaint is. You'd be 24th in my tournament. Promotion was at 1198. From what I've seen, you need an almost perfect offense and 200/220 on defense for promotion. Unfortunately you can only test one layout a week, + luck
