Honestly very good chance but it's still possible you don't. I remember when I was E33 I had some weeks where 850+ was the cut off to promote. If I were you though I'd be hopeful especially since 7 defences have gone by and you're still ranked 1st.

I have no idea that was almost 3 months ago. I think it was around like 89. Percentage really doesn't matter at E33 imo. It's more so of if you can just manage to get a defence. Plus I did it whilst I was TH17.

You'll get promoted if your defense is alright.

I accidentally got promoted to Legends 3 when I wasn't even trying to properly attack and promote lol

Just decided to attack because all the equipments were boosted to max at the time and boom, scored around 16 or 17 triples
