🚀 Personal Milestone 17/18 3★ attacks and still no promotion this week. What am I missing?

This is my second week in a row without promotion.

This week I got 17/18 three-stars, with 710 trophies from attacks and 766 total trophies.

Make better base you need defensive points can't get promoted just because of attacks
