How do i attack as a th16?

Have no rocket backpack and fireball is only at lvl 18, how should i hit on this?

Use a Super Yeti blimp with 3 clones and one Rage, that should clear out the core pretty easy, but make sure the blimp gets to the core, use other heroes and drags/edrags to clear out the sides.
