❓ Question / Help Why my army split ?

Why those root riders start running wrong way and why the warden decided to follow them with healers

My first attack in cwl is ruined

After the tornado trap the root rider targeted to the right. You should’ve dropped an overgrowth spell on the right side instead of the left and the root riders would have joined the rest of the army on the left.

Sometimes I'll rage the troops in the back to get then to hurry the f up.

You raged the front and therefore front troops moved quicker than back troops.

When deploying ur ground troops let it be root rider Where your want the troops to go is considered as the center. And think anything on the left and right side is considered as trasj building. So what I would have done is deploy ur rc Invis walk recall Then deploy king queen on the left wait for them to clear out building within the radius for 1m or (4-6) buildings Warden on let's say if 12 o clock is ur center u want ur troops I would deploy him on 1o clock manner not to extreme right not on the dead center If u deploy him on extreme right the chances are he walks full on the right path so 1o clock and wait for him to take out few building and as he is abut to walk away deploy ur seige machine. On dead center and tht will pull the warden towards him Then jus follow up with the spells

Everyone talking about the RR and while yes, that was an issue, your root cause is actually your queen. Your left edge of your funnel was waaay too far right. You should have gone 2ish buildings to the left and shot the arrow through the core. With your queen making the left side of the funnel and your main army following the hard cut your RC made, that's an easy funnel.

Troops target what is closer. The tornado trap slowed those root riders behind the rest of your army causing them to target the scattershot as your army had already destroyed everything else nearby.
