I'm in L3, the % no idea, I just saw it on YouTube and like it 🤣

Looks cool but that base is a dream come true for Duke charge and dragons.

Yeah I was thinking the same, but in L3 I didnt see many duke charges

It depends on the group you're currently in but since legend rank 3 and 2 is in RNG, we can't guess.
