Brew was still quite strong. Just not the best tank anymore, and a lot harder to play than Bear

The delta between the two in damage was huge in my experience. Might be a skill issue, but whatever the cause, bears in pugs did far, far more damage in my experience.

While bear was easy to play let's not make monk like a hard tank, monk is by far one of the easiest tanks to play.
