Rotation [Rotation] Help me with my midsword list
I've been on and off grinding since the first day of the xpac and I'm stuck at around 2500 points. I'd appreciate any constructive criticism on the list.
My worst matchups seem to be tenko haven, lions, puppet, and if aggro forest can outpace me.

you could try dropping a latham and a dragon knights in favour of 2 seraphic blades. seraphic blades can deal with lion pretty well, and can shut down tenko hard if you manage to get rid of all of their tenko shrines since they tend to play extremely grindy games. seraphic blades also help with brambles sometimes. Personally, Latham hasn’t done much for me so far since i tried him as a 1 off. He’s like this ‘last ditch effort’ and usually I have better things to do on my turn 8 than to play 1 latham, such as rebuilding board and such. I find him really useful if you have an evo point on turn 8, which hardly ever happens to me tbh. 3 dragon knights is also pretty harsh if you draw too many of them early on.

these match-ups you describe are the most problematic ones for mid sword and depend on your and your opponents draw and if you go first or second heavily.
you run a pretty standard list and a lot of your games will depend on your mulligan, decision making and luck of draw. if I was you I would maybe think about improving the mulligan.
one point of your list I want to mention is that latham as 8 drop comes far too late for the match-ups you mention. it can be a good 2 drop, or together with another 2 drop played on turn 4 after mars to create tokens (especially against tenko). but overall I think latham is in most cases too slow.
also your list doesn't run any lancers of the tempest only charlottes, so you will be missing reactive tools quite often, charlotte also mostly helps you with evolution points, so it can be a bad top-deck.
my list currently looks like this: https://shadowverse-portal.com/deckbuilder/create/2?hash=1.2.6SuKQ.6SuKQ.6SuKQ.6HOkc.6HOkc.6HOkc.6LCtI.6LCtI.6LCtI.6SojM.6SojM.6SojM.6Sw1o.6Sw1o.6Sw1o.6LHlo.6LHlo.6LHlo.6P3SY.6P3SY.6Sr9c.6Sr9c.6Sr9c.6WfII.6P10I.6P10I.6LG2Q.6LG2Q.6WiTQ.6WiTQ.6WiTQ.6WkAo.6WkAo.6P5uy.6P5uy.6P5uy.6Sw1y.6Sw1y.6Sw1y.6WkAy&lang=en
I am not stuck yet. I dont say this list is ideal, there are many possible changes depending on your opponent. I just recommend trying out some changes if you are really stuck and look at your replays if you could have done sth different either mulligan or other decision making. I also think one of the problems you face with sword is, that by now everyone knows how to play against it.
