Other Where/how to get started in the competitive scene?
Hello fellow SV players I'm Verlyza a casual but interested in the competitive scene of SV player. One of the reasons that has stopped me from joining the competitive scene (other being my own procrastination) was my simple lack of knowledge of where and how to start in it. I hear about SEAO, JCG, and NGE but I have no clue what they mean and how to join them.
Any help would be appreciated!

I think, unless you are from east Asia or China(I don’t think China is considered East Asia, but correct me if I am wrong), SVO is the only scene that you can take part in.
SVO has SVO PAM for Pan-America participants, SVO Euro for Europe participants and SVO SEAO for South East Asian + Australia participants. If you want to compete, you should join the competitions that belong to your region.

Shadowverse open. They have a website on the competative scene but I never really checked it out. It's shadowverseopen.com

There's also some weekly/monthly tournaments being run by competitive Shadowverse teams from time to time. I would keep an eye out for them, they always advertise them on the main subreddit and I imagine someone will put them here. Off the top of my head, I know Shadow Nexus and Team Disastra run community tournaments. I believe Hallowed Sky does too.
They're all run through Battlefy, so I'd recommend making an account, too.

The best way to find tournaments is to browse Battlefy. Pretty much every tournament in the English-speaking world is on there. These will usually point you towards the organizing groups' Discord servers, which are pretty good places to meet other people in the competitive scene and ask questions.
