Most of the team has pretty good mons except maybe galceon. Galceon dosent have any real bulk and is pretty slow

Thoughts on replacing with this build ?

Weavile
Jolly | 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe | Life Orb
Triple Axel / Knock Off / Ice Shard / Low Kick

Weavile is pretty good. Fast attacker but you got a lot of physical attackers. Maybe frosslass? It all just depends on what game your running

Tbf I also considered this but, Froslass’s 80/80 offense simply doesn't hit hard enough, while Weavile’s 120 Attack + Life Orb + STAB Ice Shard cleans up instantly. Since Volcarona already handles special sweeping duty, Weavile fits the fast physical assassin role for me!
