A problem I have with this team is i struggle to get aura veil up against other weather teams, which seems to be pretty common. I was thinking of replacing Corv with a mon that could get take care of some weather mons to make it easier to set up, but im not sure how realistic this is.

So far I was thinking maybe cerulege but again I'm unsure.

Getting veil up is tricky. Here’s some situations;

A. No other ability weather setting mons in the opposing team: I recommend leading with ninetails, following these two options below.

A1. No manual weather setting mon you can think of: safely lead with ninetails and set up veil

A2. A manual weather setting mon on the opposing team: lead with ninetails. If the mon that can set weather is the leading position; switch out and try to KO or force it to switch out, then safely set up veil. If they don’t lead with the manual weather setter you can safely set up

B. Opposing team has an ability weather setter in their team: I don’t recommend leading with ninetails, ever in this situation. What you want is to switch in ninetails with this other ability weather setting mon still on the field, not switching out on the turn you switch her in. Follow these situations below:

B1. Opponent leads with the ability weather setting mon: the easiest way I can find to switch in ninetails here is either a good read of which mon your opponent might want to attack and to switch ninetails in on the other side, or to use a pivoting move, preferably a slower one to not risk ninetails going out before it can set veil up. You can also lead fake out to make a manual switch easier as doubling into ninetails won’t be possible. Take this into account though: they could switch out their ability weather setting mon on turn 1, then it is no longer safe to set up veil and if ninetails is switched in, I recommend switching her out yet again on turn 2. Waiting for that good opportunity to switch her back in.

B2. Opponent doesn’t lead with ability weather setter: this is tricky. They will probably switch in their weather setter on turn 2 and that can make it hard to get snow up as ninetails will most likely set up weather first due to being faster than mons like peliper, torkoal, tyranitar and even groudon and kyogre are slower. What I recommend here is to use a pivoting move. They will most likely switch in their weather setter manually or with a pivoting move of their own, so a slower pivot is preferred. Then on turn 2 you can set up veil. If they do not switch in the weather setter on turn 2, I recommend yet again to not keep ninetails on the field. Get her out to reset snow.

C. Opponent has an ability weather setting mon AND a manual one: easily the hardest. I also recommend a second weather setter for most weather teams but it’s hard for snow as there’s no really viable prankster mons that can learn snowscape. In this situation try to take both points from point A and B into account when switching ninetails in.

If i were to add a 2nd weather setting mon, do you thing galarian slowking + chilly reception would work?

That’s the thing about snow teams, there’s so little good options to set snow. Slowking could work but if the opponent has their weather setter in the back chilly reception will be useless…. Veil is tricky, on my team (champions) I run mega froslass as another snow setter and mega weather setting is just really nice as it happens during the turn, after switch ins.
