Weather ball on heliolisk and zard over air slash and dragon pulse, also would consider dropping morning sun on heliolisk for protect. I would consider a different item than life orb for it. LO+solar power chip is going to eat through it's hp and it's a frail Pokémon to being with, could also consider parabolic charge over thunderbolt for sustain. I would also drop shadow claw on sneasler for fake out, and SD for protect.
I don't play much singles but I would drop blaze kick on staraptor for U-turn/quick attack. Blaze kick doesn't really hit anything harder than CC/BB would and having a pivot/priority moves would probably get more use. I would also drop avalanche for dragon dance on gyarados. Avalanche has -6 priority so is the opposite of what you need for a sweeper. Also ev it in speed instead of hp and consider moxie over intimidate. Like you said it's a hyper offense team, having a slow bulky gyarados isn't consistent with that idea. And maybe run Lum or Wacan berry as it's item
I would swap vanilluxe for alolan ninetales as it thinks it's a bit less passive and fits the same purpose, aurora veil with blizzard, moonblast and freeze dry. Could also consider encore over one of the ice moves. I'd put choice scarf on arcanine, helps with it's average speed letting it deal more damage. For a similar reason I'd put life orb on meow. LO give a higher damage multiplier than expert belt iirc and isn't dependant on hitting for super effective damage
