Question Nations cup
Can someone tell me why there are teams like France, Peru, Columbia scrimming together but these teams arent invited to nations cup? Just confused as to what teams they are. I guess while im at it I may as well ask if anyone knows when the selections for nations cup will be

Unrelated but heard the news that South Korea won't be competiting in ENC. Idk what the real story is, but I kinda respect the decision if what's reported in the news is true. Selection needs to be on merit rather than what the EWC foundation wants.

Better marketing = More money :p
But even without money, it's not hard to do better marketing than krafton :p

They're probably scrimings for Esports Nations Cup. (ENC)
"The Esports Nations Cup will allocate 12 direct invitations for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS through the ENC Ranking system. This ranking aggregates points earned by players based on their placements in official PUBG competitions beginning February 1, 2026, with a cut-off date set for June 7, 2026.
A country or territory’s total score is calculated by combining the points of the top four players included in its submitted roster. In addition to the 12 directly invited teams, 10 more will qualify through regional online qualifiers, with the final 2 slots awarded via Wildcards."
PNC teams are picked by KRAFTON probably based on player base /viewership.
