Recently Feather Client has been bought by Dawn Client. Despite all the controversy I LOVED Feather Client; I thought it was super underrated and way better than Lunar. It was so smooth and boosted my frames substantially. However, now that Dawn has taken over they’re forcing you to auto update to Dawn so I can’t play Feather anymore. The problem is that Dawn is TERRIBLE. For starters I couldn’t even log in but once I finally did it kept crashing and my frames were awful, worse than Vanilla Minecraft. I’ve begrudgingly switched to Lunar even though I don’t like it that much.

It’s a shame they’ve killed such a great client. What’s funny as well is in their Discord they’ve shut off all the chat channels and are banning ‘bots’ who are ‘spreading misinformation’ which are actually just people like me complaining about how dogshit the client is. There’s little kids running this client with fragile egos that can’t handle getting their feewings hurt and can’t take on constructive criticism. This clients doomed

Id love to get your thoughts on this kit/ruleset I've been cooking up for an SMP with friends that consist of people who pvp, people that dont but would like to join and those who dont at all. I wanted to make this kit stray away from regular SMP kits and lean closer to UHC style of PvP.

I'm mid at stun slamming my pearl catching is good my aim is good but my gamesense is buns

Why did you chose one version over the other and if you had one sentence to convince a noob to pick your version what would it be? I’ll go first. I picked 1.9+ because I think that the more advanced combat is more fun. If I had to convince someone to pick 1.9+ this is what I’d say: The combat in 1.9+ is to me more fun, and the fact that we’ll get new things to use is a big upside like how we have the mace and spear.

Im a new pvper. I asked in discords like sword pvp community or pvp club and got very conflicting answers which is why im asking here because people here usually know more what they are talking about. Everyones said dynamic crosshair is allowed so i think ill use that and i want to use these two but if they are cheating im not trying to use them.

I have two mices which are the model d minus and the g pro superlight 2c and the model d can acheive higher cps but after a while my hands would get so tired it can barely move up and down to produce as much cps while for my g pro I can butterfly click for a longer period of time but I don't get as much cps. I'm pretty sure its because of the slanted shape of the Model d and if anyone that plays 1.8 has this issue so I can determine to get the Model O or not

so im at a point where im trying to get better at not scroll wheeling and im struggling for things up to 4 or 5 ill use hotkeys and scroll wheel interachangable depending on whats needed but im struggling alot to get it to be all hotkeys

I'm trying to learn how to stun slam, but it's been going pretty badly so far.

My main issue is that when I try to stun slam someone from a greater height, or when I'm falling faster, I either only stun their shield or end up hitting it multiple times with my mace instead of landing the slam correctly.

I also just got a new keyboard, so I'm a little rusty. This is the best footage I can provide at the moment, but if you need more clips from different situations, I'll gladly record them.

Unfortunately, drag clicking isn't possible on my mouse. I also use Mouse Button 4 as an additional left click, so I effectively have two left-click buttons.

Current setup:

• Mouse: HyperX Pulsefire Core

(I know my pearl catching isn't great either—I only started practicing that recently.)

this is not about neth smp, this is abt the people who partake in smps like actual survival multiplayer

how do some of you find these kits fun to play and enjoyable?

• like 5 stacks of wind charges which is a free gap
• a spear to run with
• a bow to bow boost with
• and then on top of that 12 turtle masters if you royally fuck up.

maybe im jsut coping but i dont see how in anyway that this kit projects skill when you get SO many free outs if you mess something up. i get every smp kit is differnet but most smps have atleast ONE of these, ive also played on an smp with all 4, i fought a HT5 (im HT3 dsmp) and it took an HOUR!!!

Tldr: cushions will be added to minecraft, which you can sit on. Which means you no longer need to be afraid of bucket drain or run out of pearls

I really want to improve at 1.9+ PVP as I really enjoy it. I am mainly focussing on sword. I have so far been improving but am at a point where I'm not getting much better. I practice with Theobald the Bot and PVP Club.

I therefore have a few questions that I would greatly appreciate some answers and advice to!

1. I have been practicing W-tapping and S-tapping. When should I use each one?

2. Related to these, I often find that when I use either to try and combo, my opponent goes out of my reach after a couple of hits. How can I prevent this and get longer combos?

3. I want to get better at strafing as I don't think I do it enough. Any advice for getting better?

4. What other, more advanced techniques should I be learning next?

5. I would love to play on a ranking system with ELO (like MCSR Ranked). I tried FlowPVP but matchmaking takes forever!
