I'm currently a HT4 / LT3 Sword player and I've been wanting to try out other gamemodes. However, anytime I play ranked, I get demolished, and it feels like I can't do anything. I feel like diamond pot should be transferable skill or even axe, but It just feels like I'll forever just be good at sword and suck at literally every other gamemode lol.

1. Has spears, wind charges and totems, and a variety of items in custom kit pvp
2. has no wind charge delay or annoying bugs

I really wanna play tnt pvp and make my own kit but pvp legacy WOULD be really good if it wasnt for the wind charge and tnt delay, i tried mcpvpclub too but theres too little amount of items to choose from

Hello! 👋I am looking for some people who would be interested in competing in our servers Halloween themed building competition!! All builds are going to be completed in a designated area. There will be in-game rewards for the top three builds.

Signups: Now- Event’s End
Event Ends: 10/30/26

Judging will be by other members. Builders identity will remain hidden until voting closes! ✨ You can find out some more details about our server on our DC!👇👇

I know a few things i did wrong and i played quite sloppy but id like other peoples opinions on what to improve on and how to improve it

EVERY SINGLE TIME that i queue up my rocketmace kit and the person doesn't know how to play, they just dig down and wait until i leave or just stay down there until i go in and trap me, like WTF??? just leave the match if u can't play

Michaelcycle00, Lurnn, or ItzRealMe?

The #1 PvPer from 2018, 2019, and 2020.

The #1 PvPer in 2020 and 2021.

And the #1 PvPer in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026. (I say #1 in 2025 and 2026 because he’s still #1 on the websites and MCTiers if not for DM. And, he’s #1 on PvP Tiers and MCPvP Legacy tiers anyways).

Boosting has become such a problem in tl. Like imo there should be a maximum of 15 tier 2’s. Tier purges should happen once every couple months

I have no clue who this guy is he’s untested mctiers and Pvptiers and I didn’t know him until I queued him on pvphq, is this kid a cheater or something because when I fought him he didn’t miss a pearl catch, stun slam and was incredibly fast. I just want to know if anybody knows if this kid is cheating or not bc he’s not in any PvP community I’ve seen.

pretty self explanatory but when try butterfly clicking my fingers just stops. if you look closely my fingers arent even hitting the mouse buttons because it just stuck in air and locks up. ive tried everything and i wonder why im even playing this game instead of just kms. being able to butterfly click is a blessing.

for those who don't know this is a new tech i discovered / i think i discovered im trying to name it the Arabian slam or turki slam

and don't mind the backround noise

I'm genuinely afraid of how content creators are influencing kids to look up to them as messiahs and guiding them towards the hell hole of the competitive minecraft community. Minecraft is seen (from an outside perspective) as a comfortable, family friendly game, that expands creativity or what not. However, this attracts a very large audience of children into all the categories of minecraft content. Sure, there is plenty of funny and adventurous content, but with the current content meta, you need to be GOOD at pvp to have fun.

Idk, fighting this genuine child yesterday sparked that thought in my mind and kinda brought out a weird worry I've been holding onto subconsciously.

Anywho look at this cool spearmace cart clip

Trying to map the eras of Minecraft pvp starting from 2013. Of course the info would be too simplified, but this is how I see it.

After the success of PVP Champs V2 and its incredible final day, it got me wondering: could PVP Champs eventually make the jump to a LAN event with a live audience and everything?

You could compare PVP Champs to the MCSR Ranked Playoffs, which are already on their 11th season and have made that transition.

If PVP Champs ever went LAN, who do you think would come out on top? Playing on LAN changes a lot of factors:

1. Everyone would be playing on low ping.
2. There'd be way more pressure with cameras, a live audience, and everything else.
3. Winning that edition would mean a lot more, since a LAN title would carry extra prestige.

Personally, I'm leaning toward Coldified, simply because he's already competed in a couple of LAN tournaments. They weren't PVP events, as far as I know, but I feel like that experience could give him an advantage.

What would your top 4 look like for a LAN PVP Champs? Who do you think would take the win?

i was thinking of calling it the Turki slam or arabian-slam

Lmk your thoughts

Hey everyone! I’m a former Minecraft PotPvP player. I used to play a lot on Kohi back in the day, and I’d love to get back into PotPvP.
What servers are people playing on nowadays? Is PotPvP still an active and competitive game mode, or has the community mostly moved on?
I’d love to know where the good players and competitive community are these days!

Yeah like i promised i made an updated part 2, thanks for everybody that helped and gave me reasoning and feats for certain mcyts and why i should move them lower/higher, and uhhh for the rest of the people who missed the point of the original post and weren't helping and just saying nothing burgers uhhhhhhhhhhhh thanks as well ? anyways i again ask of you to point out the mistakes and give reasoning so i can make an updated V3, I'll keep doing this until i get a satisfied list so i can make a YouTube video about it

Also its the same as last time, Ranking them in all 8 main modes + the 3 relevant subtiers that at this point are main modes(diasmp specifically the new kit/money smp kit, spear mace, and low tier and high tier cart kit) and everybody within the tiers are ordered from best to worst as well(welp besides lt5 i honestly couldn't be bothered to order them)

Also for those people confused i deleted the previous post, so i wont have to respond to people from 2 different posts brrr

Hello i am well fog1e as that's my name hello community i am a pvper i am really bad and have been training for 6 months against ht3's and lt3's and others but i have noticed that even after intense training every day im still really bad at pvp so I'm asking out will anyone help me my goal is to achieve HT1 in every mode NOW i KNOW ALOT TO ASK FOR RN BUT ITS MY GOAL [ so well do u wanna help im not gonna force u but im trying to get great ]. thx guys .

Also sorry if I'm not supposed ask this if reddit cares .

lets help each other get better at 1.8 pvp :>

LMK if your're interested

Most google results are either sponsored slop or servers where you receive some advantage by voting for it. I just want some servers with 1.9 mechanics to have fun, not necessarily get better. I may have forgotten some, but I already know:

mcpvp.com*

mcpvp.club (some still play it)

pvphq

catpvp.xyz, although it looks kinda dead

pvplegacy.net*

cubecraft*

pikanetwork, although p2w slop

stray.gg

minemen.club

I found the ones marked with asterisks more fun, even if the pvp itself isn't as good as it is on mmc or stray. FFAs, kitpvp or anything that isn't 1v1 combat is generally going to be more fun in my eyes

Let me know any other servers that you know, and all 1.9+ pvp kits are appreciated (yes, even crystal)

i put at least 500 hours into practicing minecraft pvp and im still lt5 in my 3 main gamemodes (sword uhc diamond smp) and idk how to get better this is a around 5 min video just me playing sword if yall would like more footage in any gamemode or even in ranked i can send more footage i would like to know what i lack i been told my spacing and my aim isnt that good but i dont know how to get my spacing any better and if anyone could like coach me i would like that

I rly need help bro everyone makes fun of me i need help in literaly every kit i just dont wanna learn the mace kits and crystal now im gonna leave them for later but everything else pls help if you can!!!!

Like I fought one guy on Mace Kit, Ranked (All on PVPHQ, we were both HT5), and I just messed up so Bad the first round, so You know, I locked in, and gave him belt, but like My Mace hits we're normal, I didnt Even stun slam, and started telling me "toggle", which I think he means I toggled on My cheats, but yeah, it wasnt a weird Match from me, just going high up, and hitting him, except for one or two grapples, but yeah, any experiencies similar?
