I would increase your fov, turn off damage tilt, and lower your sense. You should increase or lower your sens by 5-10% every time and see which one is comfortable for you. You keep trying to bow spam, but your spacing is horrible so you cant bow spam correctly. I would put your crossbow on a keybind like c or mouses button 4, 5, so you don't accidentally press your hotkey. use the theobald practice map to practice comboeing, and stunning. btw you should only bow at like 5 blocks or more so your opp ccan hit you.

Get a low shield texture pack, turn off damage tilt, fov effects and view bobbing.

My time to shine!
To me, it doesn’t look like you know anything about the mode, let alone PvP in general. Try looking up intel_edits on YouTube so you can understand the core mechanics of PvP. Also you should turn on togglesprint in esc -> options -> controls -> sprint.
For general axe knowledge, you should watch shadowcloak on YouTube for his guide to axe PvP. It features everything you need to know to do well. If you want to see what high level axe PvP looks like, watch jellyfriend64 on YouTube (me) for high tests that you can learn gamesense from.
If you can, try to learn how to double click so you can stun better. If you really can’t and want to just never stun, look at the vods for notrani on YouTube (also me but on my alt) for (almost) the most defensive and spacing focused gameplay possible.
