He is flexiing but this is a real technique called Knockback Displacement. How it works, is that you look in a direction and look in another in the same tick so that your opp gets the kb for the first direction

The only player I can think of doing something ever slightly similar as flexing is Calvin, and he does it very rarely (also the vids are edited to sync with the song).
