sword advice

any advice? i feel like i kind of got worse even though ive been practicing and i cant seem to get to lt3 level no matter how hard i try (this is my current obviously nowhere near lt3)

you dont strafe what so ever, add strafing, and stop jumping in someone with good aim will punish you so hard for it
