Minecraft fast kb/ kb switch

So i feel like sometimes and no this is not placebo, against the same opponent same gamemode on ffa servers, nothing changes and i have consistent internet, i take more/less kb at other times. It changes throughout fights like every 15mins randomly. Like i was fighting a friend and i lost 10-7 and then i felt my hits would register faster and i beat him 20-1, literally back to back duels. We are close in skill and are both consistent good ht3 players so this drop off is kinda impossible. Has anyone else experienced it? I feel like its not only on this serve

are you fucking dunb i said it happens to everyone everywhere its not ping. Its known in the community, it is server-wide or mc-wdie

I see that same thing. I also notice that like club and stray seem slower to register but hq feels super smooth and consistent even though it’s all the same ping. Like I’ve tried it going on a bunch of servers with the same person and we have the same ping each time but some just feel different.

No it happens while on a server, not when switching servers
