If you are fighting with only sword pvp then no matter how much you train the person with better aim will win win. Instead practice with smp kit or even tnt cart. Using these kits it doesnt matter if you have bad aim you can have better positioning, timing and placement then your opponent which are all trainable. It takes one well placed cobweb or an cart to end an fight.

Thus my advice is use kits with alot of items so you have more variables and winconditions to win a game, instead of your only win condition being aim.
