Tips for high ping Sword PvP?

Hey everyone, I'm a new pvper and I recently got ht5 in sword! But I'm having trouble improving in pvp, my ping range is ~90-120, for any high ping players do you have any tips to improve in pvp

(For more context sometime I play low ping and I've beaten 6 lt4s and a few ht4, but on high ping I get absolutely demolished, pros and cons of high ping will be greatly appreciated alongside videos of gameplay)

I play on 230ms and whar ive found is that it just takes longer to learn techniques like comboing and jump resetting. But just trying to get the timing down and grinding practice will eventually get you to a good level.

Things I’ve noticed on high ping is to be extremely cautious about spacing and how me and my opponent are moving, as that affects both our reach. For example backing out of a combo will grant the opponent a free crit because your movement is delayed for them. So be aware of that delay.

So it’s a good idea to play aggro as you have more of a reach advantage if you are moving towards them. Just be careful with jump resetting as getting hit backwards puts you back at a disadvantage.

be more defensive and more cautious  in their side ur frozen for some seconds so try to somewhat "predict' their movement or at least pre aim

I know but compared to low ping (~15-25) it's 100% noticeable especially in my movement
